Address Information and Returned Mail
All parcels will be sent to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Should a parcel be returned by the postal service as undeliverable, the product value will be refunded excluding the delivery fee. The delivery fee is non refundable.
To re-place the order, it would be required to be processed as a new order including a delivery fee.
