Is everything on Little Green Basket vegan?
YES!! Absolutely everything here is vegan. Checked and triple checked :)

Ingredient details provided on this site are taken directly from the products. We are unable to take responsibility for any ingredient information though we can provide feedback to suppliers and manufacturers.

Is everything on the site made in the UK?
YEP! All of the items on the site are made and packaged here in the UK. We have spoken to each supplier and had this confirmed. Should any of the product's processes change or begin to be manufactured outside the UK, they will no longer be stocked on this site.

A lot of time and effort has been put into making sure all of the items are right for the store and work with our ethos.

Ingredients of products may come from outside the UK before being manufactured, though that is something that is unavoidable in many instances. For now anyway :)

What is the UK shipping policy?
2-4 Business days for dispatch of items from point of ordering.
Expect 48 hours for delivery from the point of dispatch notification.

Do we ship outside of the UK?
Unfortunately not. Little Green Basket is about keeping it all UK based

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If you realise there is an issue with the shipping address, please contact Little Green Basket via email asap at hello@littlegreenbasket.co.uk 

Unfortunately, if the parcel has already been dispatched after receiving details of an incorrect address, Little Green Basket cannot be held responsible for the parcel.

Our packaging!
Items are packaged in recyclable boxes with kraft shredded paper for padding. Drinks have a corrugated card sleeve. The tape is plastic free, water activated, vegan friendly and soy based inks have been used as well as on branded tissue paper. 

What is the returns process?
To return any items and request a refund, please email hello@littlegreenbasket.co.uk with your order number and clear details of the reason for the refund request. Images of items may be required.

If it is established that a refund is required, after all details are clarified, payment will be made in up to 10 working days. Payments will only be returned to the card they were purchased on. No other form of refund is available.

Do we offer promotional codes and Sale offers?
Promotional codes will be available. Only one code can be used at any one time.
Any 'Sale' promoted on the site are subject to terms - eg, discounts available on orders of a certain value. Seasonal 'Sales' offered on the site are applied to full price products and do not apply to the products already listed within the Sale section of the store.

It’s a prezzie!
If your order is a gift for someone special, please make a note at the point of ordering so no invoice details will be enclosed in the parcel. If you’ve ordered a greeting card a message can be written for you - please provide full details of what you’d like to say and we’ll write it for you! 

What are the Christmas postage and sales dates?
Final Christmas postage dates will be published once released by Royal Mail.

Please allow plenty of time for delivery as the busy festive season can impact on delivery times. We want to ensure we have made every effort for you to have your parcel in time for Christmas. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for Royal Mail postal delays.

Are you closed over the Christmas holiday?
Little Green Basket will be open for online orders over Christmas. However, orders placed after ... December 2024 will be dispatched from ... January 2025.
